We also carry an extensive selection of gift baskets featuring gourmet items, chocolates, fruit, cheese, snacks, coffee, and tea. Additionally, we offer specialty items like teddy bears, vases, and greeting cards that can be added to your order.

Yes! You can enhance your flower delivery with add-ons including: Belgium Truffles, Full Size Greeting Card, Large Box of Gourmet Chocolates, Glass Vase, Premium Chocolates.

Yes! We regularly feature half-price flowers. We also offer flowers starting from under $20. Our prices are typically 50% lower than traditional local florists while maintaining high quality.

Our flowers come fresh from the growers and are arranged by our professionally trained floral designers at our own production facility in Miami, Florida. This direct-from-grower approach ensures you receive the freshest flowers possible.

If you completed the order and you did not see a confirmation at the end, it is likely that your order was not completed successfully. For immediate assistance (24 hours / day), call 1-888-912-5666 (9am-9pm) to verify that the order was completed. It is also possible that your email confirmation was sent to your junk mail folder. You can email [email protected] to request a new email confirmation.

Delivery Information

We offer multiple delivery options:

  • Regular Delivery (Next Day and Custom Day): 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Same Day Delivery: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (order by 1:00 PM local time)

We deliver throughout the continental United States. Our production facility is located in Miami, Florida, and we use overnight courier services and partner florists to deliver to locations outside the Miami/Dade County area.

We do not deliver on Sundays or statutory holidays, with the exception of Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Orders placed for Sunday delivery will be delivered on Saturday or the following Monday. Orders for holidays will be delivered on the next available date.

For residential addresses: If no one is present to accept the flowers, we will leave them by the door. We recommend providing special delivery instructions when placing your order. Please note: no refund or credit will be issued for stolen or non-received goods left by the door.

For business addresses: If the recipient is unavailable and the company refuses delivery, we will attempt redelivery the next possible day. A redelivery charge of $9.99 will apply.

Yes! You can log into your Bloomex account to check your order status at any time. You'll also receive email confirmation of your order.

Changes & Cancellations

All changes and updates to the order should be made within 1 hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately at 1-877-256-6610 or via live chat if you need to make changes.

Cancellation may be possible depending on the timing of your request. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. We cannot process cancellations for orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery. All sales during peak holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) are final.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will charge an additional delivery fee of $15 for redelivery.

Quality & Satisfaction

If you received damaged flowers, please send a photo of the arrangement to we[email protected] with your order number in the subject line within 3 days of delivery. We will be happy to resend a new product at our expense. We have a 98.7% customer satisfaction rate and stand behind our products.

Due to order volume fluctuation, we reserve the right to substitute with similar products of equal or greater value. For assorted flower arrangements, we use the colors shown online whenever possible. For one-of-a-kind arrangements (all roses or all lilies), we match the flower type but may substitute with another color. We always aim to match or exceed the value and beauty of what's shown online.

Orders late for morning delivery will be refunded the difference between morning delivery and regular delivery. However, we are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.), and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. Delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.

Special Services

Yes! We offer corporate accounts with a 20% discount on all company and employee purchases. We can build a custom corporate program for any business, regardless of size. We offer custom packaging and can include your corporate branded items. Contact us to set up a dedicated Corporate Account Manager.

While our primary focus is the United States, we also have delivery options to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, through our partner sites.
